The transaction AFW_ACT2 (Anal. Struct: Activate Customizing) is a standard transaction in SAP ERP and is part of the package CFM_AFWCH. It is a Report Transaction and is connected to screen 1000 of program RAFWCH_SAMPLE_CUS_ACT.
