The transaction RESCPG0015 (PG: Application Transactions) is a standard transaction in SAP ERP and is part of the package RE_SC_PG. It is a Report Transaction and is connected to screen 1000 of program BUSVIEWS.
Transactions in SAP ERP are used to execute functionality by calling programs, function modules,
