The transaction SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT (Publish All ITS Services) is a standard transaction in SAP ERP and is part of the package SITS_ABAP. It is a Report Transaction and is connected to screen 1000 of program SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL.
