The transaction TPM43 (Process Restraints On Drawing) is a standard transaction in SAP ERP and is part of the package FTR_SECURITY_ACCOUNT_MGT. It is a Report Transaction and is connected to screen 1000 of program TRS_DISPLAY_POS_GUARD.
