The transaction AL05 (Monitor current workload) is a standard transaction in SAP ERP and is part of the package SAPWL_OLD_FRONTEND. It is a Report Transaction and is connected to screen 1000 of program RSSTAT27.
Transactions in SAP ERP are used to execute functionality by calling programs, function modules,
object methods or other transactions. Their transaction code is entered by the user in the action
